Our firm provides comprehensive estate planning services for individuals, couples and families, as well as probate and trust administration services for fiduciaries and beneficiaries. We provide personalized service to each of our clients, tailoring our services to meet their unique goals and needs.

We also offer mediation services for families to help resolve disputes without court intervention. However, when mediation is not possible or appropriate, we provide full litigation services for disputed probate and trust matters. We have successfully represented trustees, as well as beneficiaries and creditors, from the outset through trial in counties throughout California.
